Kobe Bogaert
Kobe Bogaert is Principal of Strategic Momentum, a global process coaching firm, which works with their clients to create growth by focusing on renewal and innovation through strategic and operational excellence. He has filled executive positions in strategic planning, operations and finance with software companies, including a family-owned business, two corporate turn-arounds and a VC backed start-up. Kobe Bogaert holds a BA in Finance from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a MBA in Strategic Management from the Igor Ansoff School of Business at USIU. Mr. Bogaert has completed doctoral courses and taught strategic management at USIU. He lives in Carmel Valley with his wife and newborn son where they regularly entertain and host international guests.
Personal note: In my view there are two fundamental ways you learn. You listen and hear what other successful executives and board members have done and try to figure out how you can apply it in your situation. Or, you go through trial and error, but then you embody the things that you have learned. The one never goes without the other. The purpose of this show is to provide a forum to have these executives and board members share their stories so that they might provide some guidance or reflection point when you are embarking on solving your next challenge. That is the reason why I am hosting and producing this show.
