How do you set up your own manufacturing operations in China? Michael will tell us some of his war stories and some of the difficulties that his company faced and how he overcame them to be successful in China.

Michael started working in China in 1982 at a time when nobody spoke English. He started out as a consultant to a Taiwanese manufacturer but became involved in doing his own product design with production in China. Michael tells us about the different ways you can set up and what he thinks is best for his company.
