The Chairmen’s RoundTable (CRT) together with Strategic Momentum and Westchester Associates highlight the stories of entrepreneurs and executives of successful businesses that worked with the CRT mentors when they were at strategic crossroads. These are real life stories about their business, challenges and decisions they faced for a successful future.

CRT is a non-profit volunteer organization comprised of successful Chief Executive Officers with diverse industry backgrounds who provide companies in San Diego County advice on how to manage and grow their businesses through a well-defined mentoring program. CRT members provide this service free of charge to qualified area businesses as a way of giving back to the community.
