Dr. Warner joined SAIC as a member of the technical staff in 1973 and currently is Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Executive Vice President. He also has been a member of the SAIC Board of Directors since 1988, the longest serving current board member. As CAO since 2003, Dr. Warner reports to Mr. Ken Dahlberg, SAIC President, CEO and Chairman, and is responsible for contracts, procurement, information and telecommunication systems, enterprise-wide risk management, physical and information security, quality and ethics. He chairs the Executive Risk Management Committee, established in response to SOX-404.
