The Honorable Lynn Schenk, is Director and member of the Governance and Nominating Committee for Biogen Idec, Inc. Ms. Schenk has been on the Biogen Idec Board since 1995. She will be joined by C. Hugh Friedman, professor at USD is a frequent presenter on corporate governance issues and securities law. They will come to the studio to explore the different issues on how a director gets selected to be on the board. We will explore their perspective on how they would go about getting the best people on your board.

Hear about the evolution of the board room dynamics through the personal careers of the Honorable Lynn Schenk and C. Hugh Friedman. Lynn was on her first board in 1978 and Hugh is responsible for publishing the two volume 'California Practice Guide: Corporations.'
